Our strength lies in our ability to efficiently deliver customer insight and value, gained through our decades of experience with real-world challenges.As a BI Project Lead, you will play a a pivotal role in consolidating and communicating the status of various projects within the organization. The primary responsibilities include gathering project updates from project managers, maintaining clear communication regarding project status, risks, and issues, and ensuring follow-up on pending actions from stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesConsolidate project status updates from project managers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Maintain clear and transparent communication channels regarding project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project teams, leadership, and relevant departments.Actively follow up on pending actions from stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with project objectives.Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed.Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, action items, and meeting minutes.Provide support and guidance to project managers on project management best practices and processes.Coordinate regular meetings and reviews to assess project progress and address any challenges.Analyse project data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring intervention.Assist in the development and implementation of project management tools and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.RequirementsIdeally Computer Science Engineering, Informatics, Statistics or other degree with interest in the business intelligence field.Fluent and articulate in EnglishProven experience in project management or a related role, with a focus on data analytics projects.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse project data to drive decision-making.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.Proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take proactive measures to address them.Our offer to you!Work with leading edge technologies that will enable you to accelerate your career development.Enjoy an excellent work environment where people love what they do.Be part of an international and ambitious team whilst having fun.23 vacation days + 24th and 31st December
