s a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a supporting role as trusted advisor helping prospects and customers adopt AWS services by understanding their business needs, explaining AWS unique value proposition and match the right service that will benefit them.
WS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for growing revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

You will liaise with customers, across all levels and departments (including the C-level) to help enable customer success and support adoption of AWS services.
