A FinTech specialized in providing cross-border payments solutions to corporate clients are searching for a Business Development Manager to spearhead the platform's growth.This role is ideal for experienced business developers from any industry who have a proven track record in outbound sales, and an interest in financial markets.Position Overview:As a Business Development Manager, you will be driving the growth of the Cross-Border Payments Solutions division. Your primary focus will be to develop strategic business relationships and acquire new corporate clients for the payments platform.Business Development Managers earning potential:First year €80,000+ OTESecond year €140,000+ OTEThird year €220,000 + OTEKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new corporate clients for our cross-border payments solutions.Identify and prioritize target industries, verticals, and geographies based on market trends and client needs.Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies through networking, cold calling, and other channels.Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that highlight the value proposition of our payments platform.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.Stay informed about global financial markets, regulatory developments, and emerging trends in cross-border payments.RequirementsProven track record of success in business development or sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.Ambition, drive, and a personality that thrives on meritocracy and autonomy.
