As a young business, we have a very agile, flexible, and fast-paced culture and we are building a strong portfolio of clients across Europe and the Middle East.We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for creating and managing relationships with large organizations located in the DACH Region, developing a pipeline of opportunities to deliver against the sales and revenue targets. You will have a good knowledge of the challenger and/or consultative sales approach. You should also have a consultative approach with all stakeholders (internal and external) and be a persuasive relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a remote position that yet requires great teamwork and collaboration. Occasional trips might be required, too.We are purely B2B and you will be working to create solid partnerships with your portfolio of clients. To succeed in the role you should have a Doer approach. We love to think together, take action and try and try again if needed!RequirementsLead Conversion: You will manage the full sales cycle with the support and guidance of the Business Development Director in the region. This includes the research of prospects and building a new business pipeline with multiple client touchpoints ensuring the creation of a long and sustainable relationship to develop new opportunities and win new business.Opportunities Diagnosis: You are an excellent empathetic listener who effectively diagnoses and processes complex customer needs to deliver compelling proposals for custom programmes, that enable the creation of a long and sustainable partnership.Proposal Presentation: You will prepare the proposal in partnership with the L&I and Customer Experience teams ensuring that all the opportunities identified in the diagnosis are reflected in the proposal presented to the client.Organisation and planning: you must have high organisational skills and be able to work with team members and key stakeholders to collaborate towards achieving company goals.Budget management: to ensure client satisfaction and at the same time meet the profitability standards, you will be required to manage the budget of your programmes effectively.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience+5 years of experience in the industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development projectsFocused and goal-orientedProficient in German (C2) Good level of English (C1)If you are interested, please attach your CV in English to your application.
