Your role will be crucial in acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This position is aiming to get clients in English speaking countries (USA, Canada, and UK). US English will be the main working language.🎯Here's what you'll be responsible for as a Business Development Manager at Linguaserve:Building and nurturing relationships: You will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that we develop and maintain healthy working relationships with them.CRM management: You will work within our CRM system, diligently maintaining customer data, including sales forecasts, plans, activities, opportunities, pipelines, and related information.Global presence: Get ready to travel! You will have the opportunity to visit customers, broadening your horizons and expanding our network.Collaborative teamwork: As part of an international team, you will contribute to defining the underlying value proposition and service offerings for new client targets.Boosting sales and marketing efforts: Working closely with your manager, you will help generate a higher return on our sales and marketing initiatives, resulting in a larger volume of target clients.Driving sales to success: You will work hand in hand with your manager to move opportunities along the sales process, ensuring we achieve closed sales above and beyond our budget.Taking ownership: You will have the responsibility and accountability for designated clients, territories, verticals, horizontals, service offerings, and projects, making a significant impact on our growth.💡 Required Experience and Skills:Sales prowess: Business-to-business sales experience in professional services and technology solutions is strongly preferred.Closing the deal: You have a proven track record of successfully closing new business with large accounts, demonstrating your ability to generate leads, target key accounts, and qualify prospects.Negotiation skills: Your strong negotiation skills and situational awareness set you apart.Passion for sales: You are genuinely passionate about sales, selling, negotiations, and convincing potential clients.Success-driven: Previous success in a sales role, particularly in inside sales over the phone, email, and social selling, is ideal.Excellent English proficiency: You have exceptional English-speaking and writing skills (C1 level).Quota achievement: You have a proven ability to meet sales quotas, negotiate effectively, and solve problems.Building relationships: You understand the importance of building credibility-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.Results-oriented: You focus on achieving the objectives and are driven by results.Commercial mindset: You possess the ability to think commercially and effectively interact with people in commercial roles.Target-driven: Previous experience working with targets and KPIs is advantageous.Sales instinct: Your strong sales instincts and judgment enable you to deliver outstanding sales performance.Active listening: You excel in active listening, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions.Resilience and persistence: You are resilient, diligent, and persistent, never shying away from challenges or tough conversations with prospects and clients.💼 What we offer you:Permanent contract.Competitive salary and benefits.Immediate enrollment.Hybrid work model.
