To guide the roadmap for the development and migration of current applications, leading their implementation as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the projects.
versee application management and migration.
ct as the representative of the Application team in technology meetings.
rchitect, build, and transition applications while adhering to established standards and group-wide governance, ensuring full alignment with customer and operational needs.
ffer consultation and guidance to the business regarding the operating model, and explore opportunities for its enhancement.
ssume accountability for nurturing and enhancing capabilities within each platform.
rovide recommendations for upgrading existing systems and implementing new software to preempt issues.
ollaborate with technology and Information Security resources as needed to ensure alignment with IT strategy, architecture, principles, and secure application deployment.
ffectively manage risks and issues related to the application landscape, escalating where necessary.
