SENIOR BRAND MANAGER OTC/FMCG (HEALTH)

We are looking for a Brand Manager who Working with the Marketing Manager and in alignment with Corporate Marketing will be responsible for:Define the local strategy for their brands based on a data – driven assessment including key data from studies such as Source of Business, panel of prescription, IQVIA. Set brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term and apply an omnichannel approach.Devise innovative growth multitarget strategies adapted to the need of the each target.Create valuable brand assets, as TV Campaigns, digital social media and other digital assets.Shape and communicate our vision and mission for the brands, being able to align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates, such as rolling forecast, business cases.Translate brand elements into appealing action plans and effective go-to-market strategies.Support the Hybrid Engagement Model with relevant activities and content creation adapted to the different digital channels.Additionally, impact through omnichannel initiatives targeting HCPs out of file.Plan and follow the correct execution of communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.Propose and assess ROI and KPIs.Analyze brand positioning, competitors and consumer insights, including both off and online sources.Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities, product distribution and consumer reactions.Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.Managing the budget for their brands.Requirements:Competences like: strategic thinking, analytical skills, data-driven and digital mindset, transversal leadership, team player, goals & result oriented, problem solving, marketing and communication skills (digital assets), curiosity, flexibility.Senior professional with at least 6 years of proven experience in Marketing in Pharma Industry experience preferred (OTC) or in FMCG Fast Moving Consuming Group (Health).Experience in developing direct to consumer communication assets (TVC and digital assets).Omnichannel (marketing automation, approved e-mails, consumer/Patient journey).Marketing or Sales background with strong specialization on Digital Strategy.High English level and Native Spanish are required.Own car.
