Important laboratory is looking for a Brand Manager OTC in Barcelona.
The Role The primary purpose of the role is to manage, in an innovative way, the life cycle of the brands and product/s proposing the appropriate strategies and tactics aligned with the strategy of client, taking into account the differentiating characteristics of the products, clients and/or territories.
All of this with the aim of maximising the sales results and contribution of the product/s.
As a brand manager you will have a direct impact on the results of both the brands assigned and the whole OTC area.
Main responsibilities 1.
Development, execution and monitoring of brands and product/s assigned within the OTC Therapeutic Area.
2.
Define the strategy and the tactics for each brand/product.
analysis, elaboration, execution and follow-up of the Marketing Plans.
3.
Full accountability of brand financials.
P&L, A&P, pricing.
4.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives, making sure all stake holders involved are covered.
consumer, pharmacy, partners.
5.
Team player.
Closely work with transversal departments such as sales, quality, regulatory, finance, legal, ensuring coordination and transparency.
6.
Active participation in the 5-year strategic plan for the OTC area.
7.
Brand pipeline development, making sure mid and long term targets are achieved.
