We want to get on board a Bidding Technical Support.
Professional Responsiblities / Functions.
Review and maintenance of BIDDING Procedures and Guidelines Management of BIDDING internal Documentation.
Data centralisation, update, access management to sharing platforms, etc.
Support to Requirement Management during bid phase.
Knowledge in specific tools for RM, training and KPI control with HQ  Coordination with external/internal companies providing Catalogue of Engineering Services to BIDDING area.
Development of new calculation Tools or maintenance of existing ones (in different platforms such as Excel, PBI, Power Apps, Mendix…) Development of Digitalization/IA initiatives to improve performance and efficiency of bidding processes, also in coordination with other company areas and head of technical office.  Calculation and follow-up of BIDDING area Metrics Background, skills.
Management skills & ability in terms of, written & verbal communication; presentation skills; problem identification, categorization and solving; people skills.
Degree qualified or equivalent in engineering Good presentation, time management and organizational skills Proficient in all Microsoft packages and good working knowledge of program software English & Spanish proficiency Technical background in data management, IA, MS Office tools, etc.
