s) Job Purpose.
El becario/a se integrará en las funciones diarias del equipo de In vivo Malaria y en las del equipo de Translational Research, aprendiendo las diferentes técnicas que se usan como readout en los ensayos de evaluación de antimaláricos.
Además se le dará formación en el manejo de los citómetros de flujo, Sorter, IVIS, lector de qPCR, MSD, Gyros, microscopio y aparatos de histología.
Se le implicará en la puesta a punto de nuevos readouts, y en las discusiones sobre la evolución de los proyectos en macha, tendrá la opción de realizar también los procedimientos experimentales habituales con los animales de laboratorio.

Aprendizaje en la aplicación de técnicas de evaluación de fármacos antimaláricos, supervisado por profesionales experimentados.
Instrucción en el uso y análisis de tecnologías especializadas como citometría de flujo y microscopía, con un enfoque en su relevancia y aplicación en el campo biomédico.
Enriquecimiento del entendimiento crítico y analítico a través de la interpretación y evaluación de datos experimentales.
Inmersión en un entorno de investigación para observar y aprender los protocolos y metodologías vigentes.
Capacitación en la documentación científica y la habilidad de sintetizar y comunicar resultados de forma efectiva.

Licenciado en Ciencias Biológicas o Veterinaria Conocimientos básicos en softwares de análisis estadístico (Ej.
GraphPad).
Nivel intermedio de inglés lectura, hablado y escrito.
