•Responsible to Identify the gap using technical expertise and reach out to Stakeholders to understand the situation based on the solution.
• Responsible for service requests \ tickets and handling demand related to endpoint health security tooling.
• Analyst who would plan and coordinate the operational activities with continuous collaboration with Operations and Technical teams and ensure all the markets maintain Vodafone security standards.
