📌About The Role+ Extension of the regional network:Prospect, recruit and maintain providers.Meet providers on site (audit their capabilities, negotiate contracts (fees, service level, standard, quality etc.),Execute training using Group tools and process.Share the mission report and implement actions to be led.Assess financial stability and ability to grow correspondents.Ensure that new contracts are financially reasonable (in line with local standards and expected quality of services), determine necessity for amendments or extensions of existing contracts, and ensure compliance to contractual obligations.Familiar with local context.+ Management of current network:Manage provider contracts, nurture relationships, and manage the provider relations database.Monitor the quality of services (performance (KPI Reporting), costs) provided by the providers.Organize and follow hospital audits in your regions.Audit the sub-network: suppliers used or should be used by the correspondents.Provide strong recommendations on local solutions.Able to escalate in order to anticipate decisions/situations.✅ About the Profile+ Bachelor’s degree is required.+ Relevant assistance business experience.+ Professional and experienced Medical Network Management skills with deep local and cultural knowledge.+ Knowledge of assistance or insurance business, operations management, as well as a strong competition, fees, healthcare system knowledge.+ Ability to communicate with people at all levels, to build dynamic relationships and have excellent problem-solving skills in a global multi-cultural environment.+ Rigor, precision and autonomy, proactive to solve operational issues (priority to acute situations/client-centered), able to work under pressure.+ Organized, multi-tasking abilities.+ Capable of negotiating complex partnerships.+ Strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.+ Strong sense of ethics.+ Fluent oral and written communication skills in English; French and/or Arab is a plus.+ Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Pack Office, Providers databases).🏆About the offer+ Starting date: ASAP.+ Work in an international environment.
