Our vision is to lead the future of luxury Wines and Spirits from nature to communities.JOB MISSIONManaging Distributors clients and analyse, define and execute commercial plans for the development of all MH brands in Gastronomic restaurants & Michelin stars based on the strategic vision and financial guidelines provided by management. Develop key image accounts, maximizing distribution, activation and volumes for all brands.Being responsible for developing Wine portfolio focus on Wines commercial success, distribution and awareness, in alignment with the business development & commercial growth strategy.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESArea Manager Gastronomic Restaurants Madrid Achieve annual quantitative and qualitative objectives as defined by MHEs Management.Constant analysis of the market to identify the most appropriate customers and opportunities to expand distribution and volumes of MH productsVisiting selected existing direct and indirect customers as well as potential customers and constantly reviewing this universe to ensure an optimum call cycle.Negotiating annual agreements, temporary promotions and commercial plans with relevant customers.Ensure the application of the MHEs pricing policy by brand and channelProvide detailed reports on results (KPIs): volumes, profitability, risks and opportunities.Control the visibility and image of MHEs products in line with established brand strategies.Activate the different customers to ensure proper animation of our Brands in each customerObtain and report qualitative and quantitative market information (MH products, competition, customers): sales, stocks, retail prices, KPI’s, promotions, etc.Maintain an up-to-date tracking data; sales estimates, P&L for key customers, investment levels, agreements, monthly reports, action plans, etcMaintain regular contact with Regional manager and other Area Managers as required.Optimize and manage assigned budgets such as T&E and FTT/A&P investmentsAct as Brand Ambassador of the defined Area, with strong focus on Brand Education & prescription of MH Brands.Manage and support Distributors sales force.Wine Sales developer Work closely with Marketing team to create a strong strategy for wine category, drive it across the region and build activations.Collaborate with the Marketing & Trade Marketing teams to deliver drink strategy objectives and to create and implement new serves, rituals and consumer experiences Drive seamless consumer journey throughout on- & offline touchpoints within the wine universeWork closely with the local Area Managers to identify opportunities and create stronger local on trade programsIdentify and recommend investment priorities for visibility and activation programsConsumer events: Craft experiences. Conduct masterclasses & consumer events on the wine categoryProfessional experience & know how:Expert in leading a Complex Negotiation Strong analytical skillsCommercial Planning skills. Knowledge of the products, client, channel, market and competition. Excellent management of the Point of Sale. Very comfortable and agile with the numbers and the structure of a P&LSales Tools: Nielsen, datasharing, Microsoft Office package LanguagesLocal Spanish required, Fluent in English, French a plusPersonal & interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, able to engage when telling brand stories, and relationship building skillsStrong creativity, ability to think out of the box and develop new ideasStrongly customer orientedInfluencing skills
