AOR HR SPECIALIST (WITH DUTCH)

Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.III. REQUIRED EXPERIENCEProfessional /Job ExperienceStrong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payrollAbility to identify and mitigate risks ·Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environmentAttention to detail ·Excellent written and verbal skillsSelf-motivated and a willingness to learn ·Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and proceduresAcademic Degree Education and Training EssentialBA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment ·Expert knowledge on payroll processes, practices and associated legislationDesirable:HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred ·Payroll certificationsFunctie eisen AOR HR Specialist (Consultant):-kennis en ervaring met de Nederlandse sociale verzekeringswetten met name de WIA, WAO, WAZO en Ziektewet- kennis van de wet verbetering Poortwachter- kennis van EigenRisicoDragerschap voor de ZW en WGA- ervaring en kennis binnen het speelveld van UWV, verzekeraars, pensioenfondsen etc.- applicatie kennis van verzuimsystemen- affiniteit en/of kennis van salarisadminstratie is een preFunctiegerichte competenties- uitstekende schriftelijk vaardigheden- uitstekende mondelinge vaardigheden- adviesvaardig op dossierniveau- integer- flexibel- analytischFunctie eisen:Hbo+ werk- en denkniveauMinimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functieActuele kennis van de relevante sociale verzekeringswetten
