We have an experienced DMC team, that organize events, incentives, complex transportation plans, and all manner of B2B events in Barcelona, and across Spain. We have a new opportunity in our DMC department, for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Our DMC department, first within the event management portfolio of services we offer as an event housing management company, our bespoke & proprietary software, combined with our customer centric approach & philosophy have helped position us as the leading accommodation management company for b2b events in EMEA, with the leading DMC team in Barcelona. We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our Barcelona office. Responsibilities and Profile Advanced student/graduated in accounting, finance or business administration. 2/3 years’ experience in a similar position or relevant experience of accounting/invoicing and administrative tasks. Provide Support with administrative functions of the department. Update and keep the department's database up to date. Support the handling of daily invoicing tasks. Support the management of the supplier portfolio. Previous experience in using SAGE accounting system for or any similar accounting system. - Desired. Microsoft Office (Advanced level) - Essential.
