Some of our local brands have been in consumers' kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture.Today, with a turnover of around 1,4 billion euros and a team of around 3.600 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers.We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Technician to join our Corporate Finance team in our Headquarters in Barcelona.The incumbent will be involved and execute the last steps of the Procurement To Payment process (PTP), supporting Italy and other countries.Main tasks:Vendor's invoice reception (eInvoice, email, mail)Validate that the invoice layout is compliance with legal/tax requirementsValidate that the invoice content match with Purchase Orders, and manage discrepanciesPosting in SAP the vendor's invoiceMonthly reconciliation of vendor accounts in SAPReview the payment proposals and down payments to vendorsHotline support for vendor's queriesAd-hoc efficiencies projects (work flows)What can you expect from us?This is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment.
