ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE INTERN

Today, with 7 offices in Europe and point of sales in more than 20 European countries, Havaianas came to offer innovative and high quality products, through color, joy and a comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.Purpose of the Role:We are currently looking for someone to assist us in the finance department, in Treasury with special focus on the credit and collection area. Managing customers directly and working on the accounts receivable and payable area.Main responsibilities:Banking & Payments:- Daily check of our banking and register payments.- Upload in our system all bank statements and reconcile them.- Check customers’ remittance and analyze discounts/discrepancies.- Customers’ accounts reconciliation for Europe.- Refunds to all customers.Management of customer’s data base: - Creation of new customers.- Deep analysis and monthly review of: payment terms, payment methods, bank accounts, etc.- Management of Pan European accounts.Debt collection:- Follow-up of the debt with our external financial providers.- Sending the final notice notifications of due accounts to customers.- Direct contact with our Key Accounts and Pan European accounts.- Ageing control.Credit:- Extract financial reports and help in the credit analysis for Europe.- Check and approve release of ordersCollection Spanish market: - Collection of the debt.- Ageing control of the region.- Manage all customers’ accounts and reconciliation of balances.Direct contact and collaboration with other internal departments, such as customer service, operations and the sales force teams of each region.Requirements:University degree. Master's degree is a plus.Fluent in English (mandatory).SAP knowledge.Demonstrated proficiency in using Excel.Dynamic person with good communication skills-High resolution capacity.Analytical skills.
