SmartAssist 2nd Generationといった新しいテクノロジーを搭載したポンプカテーテルの導入や、Impella Connectと呼ばれる遠隔モニタリングサービスの導入など、顧客のユーザビリティーを高め、患者予後をさらに向上させるための改良を重ねてきました。 現在、日本においては、薬物療法抵抗性の急性心不全を適応としていますが、米国・欧州では既に適応を取得している手術介入するリスクの高い重症冠動脈疾患患者に対する待機的・先制的なImpellaの使用を可能にする適応の拡大（ハイリスク血行再建）や、急性心筋梗塞によって生じる心筋ダメージを軽減し将来の心不全リスクを低減する治療に対する適応の取得（米国・欧州で大規模な多施設前向き無作為化比較試験が進行中）を目指します。また、製品においても、より小径で低侵襲なポンプカテーテル（Impella ECP）やより長期に使用が可能なポンプカテーテル（Impella BTR）、右心補助用ポンプカテーテル（Impella RP Flex）などの導入も予定しています。 職責 クリニカルリサーチ部マネージャー・シニアマネージャーは薬機法及び臨床研究法に関連する施行規則・施行令・省令（臨床治験にかかるJ-GCP、使用成績調査にかかるGPSP）・通知・通達などを遵守し、関連部署と協同で薬事承認に関連する臨床治験、使用成績調査を実施し薬事承認申請に貢献しクリニカルリサーチ部長に報告する。 主な職務 クリニカルリサーチ部マネージャー/シニアマネージャーは、主に以下のクリニカルリサーチ部業務を行う 製品の薬事申請業務に必要な臨床治験・使用成績調査にかかる組織体制の維持・手順書の整備 治験実施・使用成績調査に関連した行政とのやり取りに関する業務（各種相談の準備、各種資料・計画届・報告書の作成、提出、疑義・照会事項対応、適合性調査対応等を含む） 治験・使用成績調査に関連した各外部委託業社の選定並びに維持管理 治験にかかる予算立案・管理 治験・使用成績調査実施に当たっては海外製造元と協力し計画の立案・業務調整業務 業界団体等への参加と必要な社内活動 薬事部、安全管理、品質保証部等関連部署のサポート業務 Qualifications 必要とされる経験、スキル等 臨床治験の実務経験（医療機器の臨床治験、業務としてはCRA等の業務ではなく、治験全体をリードした経験） 医療機器の使用成績調査の実務経験 薬機法及び関連する施行規則・施行令・省令・通知・通達（QMS、ISO 、GCP（国内外）、GPSP等を含む）の精通した知識 社内の関連部署、及び製造元とのコミュニケーション能力 ビジネス英語レベル (海外とのテレカンをリードできるレベル) 基礎的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、PDFなど） 部下のマネジメント・教育育成 希望される経験、スキル等 心臓関連医療機器製品の知識 治験・PMS等の臨床試験に関する知識 統計解析の知識 ピープルマネジメントの経験
