-	Responsible for import and export activities in a technological company, for aerospace and defence products as well as transportation (automation technology). Responsible for managing international transportation by all means (by Air, Ocean and Overland), from GMV factories to central warehouse, customs clearance and inbound process control. 
-	Specialized in dual use and dangerous goods transportation.
-	Responsible for ATA carnet, TIR carnet, EUR1, etc. 
-	Manage relationship with third party logistics, subcontractor KPI’s control.
-	Responsible for local delivery.

-	Manage the Supply Chain Team for Telefónica account in a multinational environment in order to assure the on time delivery of goods and services from the reception of customer’s PO (PO registration, interface with factory, product configuration, international transportation, customs clearance, warehousing) up to final delivery to customer. 
-	Design supply solution that best fits each project, developing logistics strategies and processes in order to improve supply chain operation within budget. 
-	Vendor management, provide end-to-end management of procurement processes for Telefónica account from sales support phase until the project implementation and acceptance. 
-	Manage relationship with third party logistics and deployment providers. Work with vendors to develop and implement long term supply chain strategies and collaboration in Spain. Negotiate agreements with suppliers. Provide ongoing contract management during the project lifecycle.

-	Coordinate with Logistic Department and other functional areas and stakeholders in order to fully accomplish the lead times and agreements with customer. 
-	Supply chain budgeting and cost analysis and tracking, working closely with Operations & Finance and providing scenarios and contingency planning framework and optimising costs. Lead and develop direct and indirect reports for Sales & Delivery Management. 

-	Within the Logistic Department, integrated into the Supply Chain Department, in charge of leading the International Transport and Inbound Team for all customers and projects. 
-	Responsible for managing international transportation by all means (by Air, Ocean and Overland), from HW’s factories and hub’s to HW’s central warehouse, customs clearance and inbound process control. 
-	Ensure compliance with international and UE laws related to import/export activity.
-	Vendor management: Responsible for monitoring partner’s and suppliers KPI’s and audit process to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions and quality standards. Manage relationship with third party logistics and deployment providers. Provide ongoing contract management during the project lifecycle. 
-	Evaluate in-house staff’s performance.
-	Participate in new RFP for new vendors.   
-	Lead and develop direct and indirect reports. Reporting to SCM Director, Logistic Manager, Project Managers and HQ about logistics provider’s KPI’s on monthly basis.
-	Reporting to Finance Dept. About import VAT declaration. 
-	Reverse logistics: coordinate export shipments for damaged goods. 

-	Manage and train the spare parts team to accomplish SLA agreed with customer. 
-	Developed new processes and lead the strategy for providing new solutions within managed services. 
-	Design supply solution that best fits each customer. 
-	Manage the spare parts supply chain on E2E basis from the reception of customer’s PO (PO registration, interface with factory, product configuration, international transportation, customs clearance, warehousing) up to final delivery to customer. 
-	Manage contract execution and supplier delivery performance based on planning and ordering for spares and repairs demand.
-	Define safety stock levels and rolling forecast for production plan, reduction of low turnover materials. Replenishment orders.  
-	Participate in new biddings for managed services.   
-	Customer relationship management by attending monthly monitoring meetings with customers.
-	Manage relationship with third party logistics and deployment providers. Responsible for monitoring partner’s and suppliers KPI’s and audit process. 
-	Procurement: Prepare new RFP to change LSP in order to provide a very aggressive lead time, open new warehouses all over Spain and implement PUDO system, moved the entire inventory to new warehouse facilities in Madrid. 
-	Order-To-Cash management. Budget management, cost reduction, invoice control and payment.
-	Lead and develop direct and indirect reports. Reporting to WEU Spare Parts Director (based in Paris) and to Managed Services Director about SLA and internal KPI compliance.   
-	Coordinate across all functional areas for the network transfer from deployment phase to maintenance phase, ensuring all related installed base information is provided to maintenance. 
-	Reverse Logistic: Applying the Export License for Huawei at the first time in order to export damaged goods back to China.

-	Ensure the on time delivery of medical devices all over Spain with very aggressive lead times.
-	Guarantee the stock levels and allocation for Spain Office. 
-	Provide quotations for customers
-	Monitor partner’s KPI’s, warehousing and stock counting. 

-	Sales order and delivery management for IT and Telecom products in SAP/R3
-	Calculate forecast together with Key Account Managers and allocate product into system GSCM.
-	Customer’s status control: check credit availability, claim overdue invoices in order to open credit line and make delivery to customer.
-	Order processing and follow up shipments through STLS (online web page for tracing shipments) from many Samsung factories all over the world, to customer’s warehouses in Spain.
-	Reverse logistics and customers returns: checking guarantee terms and evaluating customer’s request for returning damaged goods. Organize return shipments to Netherlands hub. 
-	AR: Price difference management, credit note and debit note processing. 
-	Meetings with customers in order to review SLA and to solve any logistic problem.  

-	Maintain providers data base well updated into the intranet, update prices.
-	Providers support and interface for overdue invoices and claims
-	Searching for new suppliers in many countries
-	Provide support to procurement activities.
