Main duties:
•	Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another
•	Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in our room
•	Ensure that all documentation, including Story Park, of children’s learning is visible and accessible to families and contains high quality information to meet regulatory requirements
•	Embed and comply with all regulations, including Guardian’s policies and procedures

•	Doing the planning every week and preparing the classes in advance
•	Parent teacher meetings all year round

My duties:

•	Supervising children’s safety
•	Leading group activities such as reading a book, Grace and Courtesy groups, singing (circle time) and outings
•	Providing creative and enjoyable activities for the children
•	Organizing birthday parties, videos, pictures and cakes when there was an upcoming birthday
•	Presenting Montessori activities and practical life (Montessori cycle- half an hour a day)
•	Observing the children’s development including personal, social, emotional, physical, communication and language as well as literacy, numeracy, understanding of the world, art and design and writing reports for every child every six months.
•	To support the day to day responsibility for the efficient running of the setting facility.
•	To ensure that developmental records for your key group are kept up to date.
•	To support your colleagues and work as part of a team in providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children. 
•	To assist in the development of an attractive stimulating range of equipment, activities and displays relevant to the age and needs of the children in the setting, which encourage independence, self motivation and eagerness to learn.
•	To treat information of matters relating to the work within the setting as confidential.
•	To ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene and welfare whilst maintaining adequate supervision of the conduct of the children attending the setting.
•	To ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
•	To help support the management team to ensure that the Ofsted standards including EYFS is followed at all times.
•	To support the management team in striving to deliver an outstanding setting
