o	Conducting Youth researches.

	Responsible for identifying new customer opportunities and building innovative and purposeful insight-led propositions on a global level to win additional Gen Z share across our 21 core markets (territories: e-Sports, digital education). Including, but not limited to use of Facebook Actionable Insights and Google Analytics.
	Project Management: created the world’s largest digital skills programme (research, end-to-end user experience, product design, launch) to help young people find work and develop skills (https://futurejobsfinder.vodafone.com). The tool was built using agile methodology and launched in 15 markets. Also responsible for the second phase of the project including a complete redesign of the user experience and update of the tool’s features.
	Commercial lead in first purpose-led partnership with Sony, including Spider-Man launch campaign & set up of a global competition to drive traffic to the Future Jobs Finder tool.
	Support of Partner Markets’ team to further monetise Vodafone’s youth strategy and sell it to third parties.
Principal Roaming & International Marketing Manager
