Leading markets to launch or grow their youth platforms delivering increased youth market share, higher NPS and revenue vs. the base by: o Conducting Youth researches. o Facilitating best practices & providing strategic thought leadership to the virtual community of heads of youth. o Driving the Youth Acceleration Unit. o Ensuring consistency of the overall Youth strategic direction by creating a shared agenda with bold ambitions. Performance tracking and overall reporting to Group ExCo. Responsible for identifying new customer opportunities and building innovative and purposeful insight-led propositions on a global level to win additional Gen Z share across our 21 core markets (territories: e-Sports, digital education). Including, but not limited to use of Facebook Actionable Insights and Google Analytics. Project Management: created the world’s largest digital skills programme (research, end-to-end user experience, product design, launch) to help young people find work and develop skills (https://futurejobsfinder.vodafone.com). The tool was built using agile methodology and launched in 15 markets. Also responsible for the second phase of the project including a complete redesign of the user experience and update of the tool’s features. Commercial lead in first purpose-led partnership with Sony, including Spider-Man launch campaign & set up of a global competition to drive traffic to the Future Jobs Finder tool. Support of Partner Markets’ team to further monetise Vodafone’s youth strategy and sell it to third parties.

Responsible for International Calling and Roaming across 25 markets worldwide (EU & AMAP). Ownership and accountability of performance indicators, reporting to Group ExCo. Preparation of the abolishment of Roaming charges within the EU in order to mitigate its impact in the overall P&L by providing guidance to the markets and acting as an intermediate between the Group regulatory team and markets. Defined the commercial recipe for overage policy in Roaming. Issued customer experience standards for Roaming within global CARE program. Identified Business development opportunities with 3rd parties (Airlines, Tourism industry, Telcos). In-market support of Vodafone Germany in order to review all Roaming comms and the customer journey in web and app Implementation of unified Roaming strategy in AMAP markets.
