Led a CRM digital transformation (GO Digital) based on Qvantel solution; Kafka, Cassandra, Tibco etc. The program transformed customer relationships by creating new digital channels, simplification of the stack / processes and driving significant improvements to end user experience. Management of a team of 70 people. Project in Medellín (Colombia).

CSI Program Director Digital Business Solutions, Spain / Cyprus; June 2017 to January 2018 
•	Led an MTN Cyprus Program covering charging system (OCS), multimediation and provisioning transformation. This was part of the MTN Global Customer Unit strategy covering 23 subsidiaries worldwide. C-Level sales and interlocution.
•	Sold the first ever CSI project contract to Orange Spain.

CSI Program Director - ADM Grid for Enel, Spain; February 2016 to June 2017 
Led the entire contract in Spain for electricity company Enel in coordination with the global delivery organization in Italy and across LATAM. Also drove business development within the client. Led 100 employees in Italy, Spain and from third party partners.

CSI Program Director, Algeria; January 2013 to January 2016  
•	Led an OSS / BSS program for two telco operators in Algeria covering Charging System (OCS), Billing, ENIQ, OSS, EMM/OLM, and convergence (prepaid / postpaid) projects. P/L managed about 13 Million € revenues yearly.
•	Program Director for Vimpelcom Group subsidiary Djezzy covering order care, provisioning, customer care, billing, prepaid, service delivery platform, service assurance, customer experience and HW modernization. Commercial engagement and setting up of organization and set up of Full Stack transformation program and ADM offering.

Program Director, Spain; August 2011 to December 2012 
Program Director for the IT TOP Program GUIA for Telefónica de España covering a unified provisioning system with a team of more than 70 employees. 

Led all commercial activities and a redesign of the portfolio; sold mobile networks, repeaters, jamming devices and related defence and electronic equipment to the telecoms, defence and public sectors. 

Successfully established the new European office in Madrid with 30 employees in Operations, Administration and Business Development. The company offers engineering services (CAD data conversion, PLM / PDM, system integration, geospatial services) mainly to the Aerospace, Defence and Telecommunications sectors. MGCP Project - this Ministry of Defence project was part of a very large NATO program. Project in Madrid and USA (Ohio).

Telco & Utilities International Business Development Director; October 2008 to April 2009 
Led international business development with a focus on the utilities sector and telecommunications.

Telco & Utilities Commercial Director; January 2006 to April 2009  
Grew the Telco / Utilities Division to 60 employees and achieved 800% revenue growth in three years with a turnover of over 3.5M Euros.

Account Manager – GIS Projects; January 2005 to January 2006 
•	GIS Manager in Canal de Isabel II - one of the largest European water company projects.
•	Full P/L Control in Correos y Telegrafos - Spanish postal carrier project. 
•	Full P/L Control in Telefonica de España projects including Project Planex - Outside Plant Management of Telefonica.

•	Senior Consultant in Telefonica de Peru (ATIS Collections) - managed and coordinated client teams.
•	Senior Consultant in Oni Way in Portugal (CRM and BSS integration strategy including provisioning). 
•	Senior Consultant in Telefonica ATIS LATAM (CRM, billing and collections projects) – Brazil, Chile and Peru for 2 years.
