Area manager

Actual project, as Store Manager, in charge of almost 20 collaborators until May at Gran Plaza center (category A Store), all related duties, KPI´s, yearly Schedules, product feedback, visual, HH RR productivity.
Achievements during this year could be the reduction of rotation in almost 80%, lows for anxiety from almost 40% to zero, making the people working inside the store a real team, and reducing 30% store losses.

Started reopening Palma de Mallorca Corner at ECI Avenidas, hiring and training all 4 members of the team, boosting sales 20% over budget for 2 months.
Then moved to undertake Dockers Europe’s flagship store at ECI Castellana, with doubled team and almost 1.5M turnover, also as the Store Manager, with all the related duties, hiring, training, motivating, analyzing kpis, product assortment, and visual.
Achievements during this project were taking the store from a -15% acc. sales to almost 10% at the end of the 5 th month, handling Madrid’s hiring process for all the 6 corners, and insuring a strong commercial reasoning to all the team members.

As manager of the warehouse, responsible for maintaining the basics at the warehouse (company standards), specifically the Electricity sector, tools and hardware, logistics and flow of goods, relationship with suppliers, orders for merchandise, and implementation in the warehouse. Analysis of sales, placement of bestsellers, headers, product rotation. Management of a human team of 23 people next to the manager or head of sector. Permanence functions (as the maximum responsible for the warehouse).
