Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant environment..
Strong passion for customer service and a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality field..
Excellent teamwork and communication skills..
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment..
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required..
WSET level 2 is advantage..
