Who are we looking for?The Space and Resilient Communications and Systems (SRCOM) unit is looking for a researcher focused on the development of B5G/6G non-terrestrial networks software define radio systems.
The candidate will work on the research line devoted to the unification of terrestrial and non-terrestrial 3GPP systems by both conceiving new procedures and implementing them for in-orbit validation.

·Required qualification/skills/ experience:- Doctorate degree or 5 years of experience in wireless communications.- At least one IEEE journal as main author.- Publications in scientific conferences.- Expertise in software defined radio implementation demonstrated in specific developments.- Knowledge of 5G non-terrestrial systems.·Other skills that are valuable, but not mandatory are:- Good communication skills.- Participation in in-orbit validation demos.
